Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
